The luxe and modern queen bedroom is well appointed, with 2-seater lounge, dining for 2 and TV and access to a gorgeous private garden opposite the beach. A modern designed bathroom ensuite includes a shower/toilet/vanity with an adjacent kitchenette inclusive of a Coffee Machine, Microwave, Bar Fridge and Sink.
The studio has a large walk-in robe also hosting an iron, ironing board and clothes hanger, extra blankets and pillows.
Luxury inclusions: Luxe Bedding, Air conditioning/Heating, Dual Blinds, Samsung Smart TV provided, which has features Netflix, Kayo etc apps (guest to login onto their accounts), a Bluetooth speaker is provided.

(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $250.00 is required for all bookings of 3 or more nights. A security deposit is not charged for bookings outside of summer and less than 3 nights.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process,once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) This property is not suitable for small or young children under 8 years of age with the exception of non-crawling babies (A port-a-cot is available).
(iv) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
