Riverside Homestead

Located on the banks of Darwin River, you can forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing home set on 30 acres. Swim in the pool, watch the wildlife at the rivers edge, try to hook a million dollar Barra, visit the cows in the paddock or marvel at the amazing backdrop of clear, starlit skies in the dry and dramatic tropical storms in the wet.

A great place to visit with friends or family, only 5 minutes to the local pub and shop and close to Berry Springs waterhole and nature park.

The space
A large family home with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining area and two separate seating areas to watch TV or just read a book. Wrap around veranda's provide several outdoor spaces to dine or watch the wildlife

Guest access
The house and gardens are all dedicated to guests but the sheds are used by the caretaker

My family & I absolutely loved our stay at this property. Very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. The pool was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable. Had lots of wildlife visit every night. Only downfall is there aren't blinds in any rooms, apart from the bedrooms.

Tropical oasis

This was an amazing stay, above and beyond what we expected every friend and family member from age 27 to 88 had a great time and enjoyed all the bells and whistles this beautiful home had to offer. If you complain about this place I don’t think anything would please you. We will be back for more winter sun next yearr. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart
