From the owner: We apologize for any inconvenience and will make the changes indicated so that future guests don't experience the same issues. - We changed our settings on Evolve so that we no longer have back-to-back bookings, and we have a day between to allow the cleaners ample time to get everything prepared for each new guest. - We learned that the trash can was at the curb waiting for pickup. We have also purchased an additional trash can so that when one is at the curb, there will also be one at the house. Again, we apologize and hope you understand that we strive to provide the best for all our guests.

Lots of potential if….

This property has big potential!! Close to HPU, nice to have 2 bed 2 bathsBut needs some more attention to details :Towels , some extra furniture, finishing touches. Disappointed that I had to call about basic items like towels and toaster ( especially when mentioned in a previous review) while property management was responsive just seems could have been avoided. I did share more thoughts in a separate message to management. Again house just needs a little more attention and will be a great find for anyone!

Checkin/checkout easy, House was clean and convenient to HPU. Appreciated the alarm system for added security. It was stated in previous reviews but I’ll say it again - more bath towels and better quality bath towels are needed. Or if you don’t want to supply more towels then at least supply a small amount of laundry detergent to wash the towels after a few uses. Another kitchen towel or two wouldn’t hurt either. There are no pans, etc for use of the oven. Would recommend supplying some kitchen extras like coffee/tea, etc (most other rentals we’ve stayed at have supplied at least a small amount of coffee/tea). Would recommend taking a look at the recliner in the living room - seems like an unbalanced hazard. My husband used it once then we avoided it after that. But overall a good space to stay for moving our children into college.

OK, BUT NEEDS MORE FURNITURE & TOWELS

This struck us as a recently added home to VRBO, as it's not quite ready yet. It's promoted as sleeping 4 but there were only 2 Bath, and 2 Hand towels and 2 wash cloths. You need 8 of each if you are renting to 4 people for more than 2 days. (Maybe they were stored somewhere else? LR had 1 tiny round table. (Buy a coffee table & 2 end tables). There is 1 Night stand in each bedroom. Buy 1 for EACH side of the bed. Guest Bath has a pedestal sink so no counter space. Add a little table with a shelf in there. It makes a huge difference. Toaster didn't work. (That happens) Supply some DW detergent. This is a very old little house that's been updated without professional contractors so it's a little "rough around the edges" for some, but it was clean, comfortable and convenient to High Point Market. Once these things are added it will be just fine for brief stays.

Extra towels are available on the property, and we’ll ensure clear instructions are provided for accessing them, along with locating dish and laundry detergent. The toaster, which is new, had not previously been reported as faulty, but we’ll promptly inspect and address it to avoid any issues going forward.-Since opening in April, we’ve been committed to continually enhancing the property, and we’ll make these improvements as swiftly as possible.
