Guest have access to the entire apartment with the exception of one locked owners cupboard.
We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by sending a message through your booking provider. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property (including no smoking on balconies)
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no noise after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the swipe key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
