We stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting family. It’s was in an ideal location and only 10 minutes from our family. With 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, lounge room and 2 bathrooms it was ideal for 3 of us. The property has a garage which is good because we hired a car to get about. There are fans in all of the bedrooms which is good for keeping cool. We really enjoyed our stay and when we had an issue with our flights being cancelled the host was very accomodating and helpful. Flight was late at night so we were able to check out late which was very good. All in all a lovely property.

The house was very spacious and had everything needed for our stay. My only concern was the overall cleanliness, whilst there was no mess, it didn't smell clean or look like it had had a good clean in a while. Some towels left on the bed where still damp and did not smell clean. The rug on the floor felt damp and sticky and there was just dirty and dust everywhere.When we arrived the main power was off so the fridge (which I also had to clean out before using) was not ready to use, there were issues with the wifi and the inside kitchen bin smelt horrible and had not been cleaned.Overall happy with our stay, just the cleaning needs improving.

Ellenbrook house

The property was quite nice. It was a little dated but well set out and in a good location. The property was quite unclean when we arrived. The bathrooms in particular were not pleasant to use. The sinks, taps and mirrors had toothpaste splattered all over them. There was a trail of ants walking across the vanity in the ensuite.The toilet seat had green muck on it and there was urine on the rim. Both bathroom bins had hair and rubbish in them. They had not to cleaned at all and the sheets on the beds had not been changed. There was something horrible looking stuck on the bedroom wall. We contacted the host who arranged to have the property cleaned but it was still dirty when we returned. They put plastic bags over the rubbish in the bins rather than emptying them. The bottom sheet was changed but the doona was just flipped over to the other side. The other bed was not changed at all. The taps and mirrors were not cleaned at all and the floors were still dirty and the ants returned within a few hours. The property just felt dirty. I would not rent a property in this condition.
