Great location and very responsive host. We specifically booked this place to have access to a gym and unfortunately we were only told that the building was undergoing construction 2 days before our stay. Would have appreciated knowing this sooner as the entire building was under repair, we could hear construction throughout our stay, and the gym was closed. I dont know if the host was aware of these repairs earlier but it certainly impacted our stay. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We appreciate how responsive the host was to our requests, particularly having a pack and play ready in the space for our child.

Love the location and amenities. Great price and easy living. Wonderful urban views and walk to Mississippi River. Surrounded by good restaurants, Museum, and theater--plus Trader Joe's and Open Book.

Great location, ok property.

The location of the property is the highlight. The sealed windows (no fresh air), the very noisy neighbors, and the wonky thermostat were all negatives.

Comfortable stay with great value and location

I stayed for 6 nights and was very satisfied with the location, the size of the apartment and the comfort of the bed. I slept so well! There were only minor issues, such as no extra blanket for the night my daughter stayed over, and the jacuzzi downstairs not working. But those were minor problems compared with the advantages of staying here.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I have stayed at this property in downtown Minnesota two times now and it has been wonderful each time. It's a great neighborhood and very walkable with lots to do. The apartments are always very clean, spacious and have a pretty view. The property manager, Jerry, was especially kind and considerate before/during our stay. He was always available to help with any questions and concerns. We really appreciate his time and his understanding!!
