Waterfront, year round, 3 bedroom home with spectacular views of Brackley Bay. Perfect location to start your Island vacation. Close to beautiful National Park beaches, golf courses and the best seafood restaurants on the Island! Our home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, just a short 15 minute drive from the Charlottetown airport.

Enjoy a nice BBQ on our large outdoor deck or roast marshmallows on the propane fire pit. Spend a day kayaking on Brackley Bay, or just relax on the deck after a day at the beach and watch the eagles soar. The three season screen room provides a relaxing atmosphere to curl up and read a book, and our propane fireplace located in the main living area provides a cozy retreat on cool evenings.

Family Visit to PEI

Our family had such a fun time at Brackley Beach. The house is gorgeous and has beautiful sunset views. The beach and trails were a short drive away and kept us very busy. We can’t wait to visit again!

Gorgeous house in peaceful neighbourhood. Very clean and fully stocked, with additional touches like games and sea kayaks. Enjoyed the perfect view of sunsets over the bay and proximity to Brackley Beach. We had a lovely weekend and would love to return.

Amazing property.

So much room for everyone to enjoy our stay. Host thought of all our needs from kayaks for fishing, games, excellent reading material, fire pit, beautiful screened porch, telescope, and huge outside deck to enjoy the incredible views. Every family member wants to go back.

Beautiful Stay on Brackley Bay.

This spot is so lovely. The house was impeccably clean and roomy with lots of books and board games and puzzles. The location was beautiful. We loved sitting on the back patio overlooking the water in the morning and at night. A really charming spot overall that showcased the best of PEI.

We recently stayed here for our first trip to PEI and loved it! The location was great, with many amazing sandy beaches a short drive away. The view from the back deck was beautiful and made for some phenomenal sunsets. The house was clean, comfortable and modern and we felt right at home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first VRBO stay. A lovely home, very clean and so many thoughtful little touches, like raspberry cordial and Cows chips on arrival. My kids loved all the games, and there were whole book series like Percy Jackson. Good quality king bed (Endy), walk in closet and and rain shower in the Master. The best was the beautiful sunroom! The location is about 25 min from Cavendish. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Bishop's Cottage by the Bay was built in 2020, and our family has made lots of memories in our beautiful cottage. Mike is in construction and built the cottage himself. Melinda is a junior high school teacher who will do her best to ensure your stay is the everything you've ever dreamt!

Why they chose this property

MacMillan Point is one of the most popular areas on the North Shore of PEI. The community is quiet and serene, but has easy access to all the popular sites for your summer vacation.

Bishop's Cottage is located directly on Brackley Bay with stairs to the shoreline. Brackley Bay is perfect for kayaking (a tandem and a single kayak are included for guest use), paddleboarding, or just skipping rocks! For our beach days, we usually drive 5 minutes to enjoy the beautiful, sandy beaches at our PEI National Park. A National Park beach pass is included for our guests during their stay. Beach chairs, toys, cooler, and towels are available at the cottage.

The sunsets are spectacular from our property. It was actually the sunsets that pushed us to purchase the lot in MacMillan Point over 20 years ago!
