Absolutely Great....Breathtaking Views

We absolutely Love the Neeley House! Pictures were accurate and the views were beautiful. Impressed to find the Spa was sparkling clean 😃 many times rental places the Spa lacks something to be desired! We utilized the Spa before daybreak to view Stars and drink our morning coffee! Thanks for Wonderful Time....

Overall Neely house was perfect.

The hot tub and fire place was the best things about the house. The only thing I was disappointed about no TV in the living room. It would of been nice to sit by the fire and watch a movie. The views were amazing.

Magnificent Chalet in ideal location.

We were (2) couples. This cabin in situated with great care for an ideal setting to see sunrise to sunset on the mountains. The cozy fireplace was a wonderful gathering place. The neighborhood was beautiful. We enjoyed the closeness to many options for restaurants and things to do/see. When visited don't miss the awesome view from Windy Point Vista (an exhilarating drive to the top). This place is a sanctuary for healing and recovery.

The Best Time Ever In Ruidoso.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Neeley House is the best place you will ever spend your Ruidoso vacation. If we were not in the Hot Tub relaxing, we were soaking up the spectacular views of the mountains and the trees. We could also see Lake Alto from our decks. The wildlife was plentiful in the area as well. We burned a fire in the round pit every night and made Smores too. Our only regret having to leave. This will be our home in Ruidoso, for future trips. Thanks Condotel.

Awkward stairs

It was a nice cabin and had an amazing view, but the bathrooms need updating and the stairs to the tv room are awful. We have 2 little kids and going up and down to watch tv, get snacks, or play was exhausting. Unfortunately we ended up leaving early, because it was very musky down stairs and my son has asthma and it was setting his breathing issues off.

Beautiful views

We had a lovely time, slightly older home, very well stocked with all that you needed. Had trouble with Tv not getting signal, manager sent someone out the next morning to fix. Not a snob but they need their cleaner to clean ceiling fans that's all that I saw not done, but was needed. May not be suitable for young children or elderly, due to spiral staircase. The decking area's are beautiful with exquisite views, but would suggest the owners put in guard rail inside frame on the staircase down to the hot tub, this is the only place it is missing and is a long drop down. Location lovely but we like more remote, but this sight does not give address to see where the cabin is. I understand reasoning behind this but maybe more details or at least aerial view. I would recommend this cabin, beautiful, cozy and clean, not far from town. We really had a wonderful time, enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and star gazing. Thank you

Beautiful place!

We enjoyed the spot so much! The views are incredible and the house was so cozy. Checking in was a little annoying. Even though the lock was an electronic key pad, they made me go to the office first (after hours) to fill out paperwork that I already filled out online. I called the office before hand to see if that was necessary. They told me it was necessary and that I had to go back to the office during office hours to “formally check in”. We didn’t go back to formally check in because we were busy doing fun stuff. They never called me about it. Our stay there was amazing just thought all the visits to the office were annoying.

Great Trip

First time to New Mexico, and Ruidoso area. Feel in love! This property was everything it was promised to be! So many little touches that made our stay easy! From a fully stocked kitchen to lunch boxes we found in a closest, even a humidifier for those of us not accustomed to the drier air. The hot tub and views are amazing! Hope to be back soon!

Incredible View

Awesome property overall. The pictures dont do justice for the views- incredible. The house itself is starting to show some wear, but i still really good. The fireplace is everything you hoped for looking at the pictures (we brought duraflame logs). The downstairs is a neat little gameroom with pool table/TV and board games galore.

Amazing Views

Great property. The views looked great in the pictures, but it’s even better in person. Floor to ceiling windows, deck, fireplace, and hot tub all made this an amazing stay. Both bedrooms are on the top floor (that was unclear from the pictures). Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is there is a fairly strong sulfur smell from the water and hillside; not a big deal and completely natural in the mountains but worth a mention.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was nice and clean. It is a smaller cabin but has plenty to offer. The indoor fire pit was great for relaxing around and handing a nice coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. Hot tub was also clean and good to sit in and enjoy the view while waiting to fire up the grill on the patio. TVs are all on the smaller size but we didn’t watch much anyway. Downstairs pool table is also small (a bigger one wouldn’t fit anyway) and a bit uneven but I was playing with my son so it was nice to have another thing to do since we didn’t venture out this time. Besides the ridiculous fee charges I would recommend this property. I’ve stayed in alto plenty of times but this one has had the highest fees that I can remember paying. All in all great trip and would recommend this property, especially during NM COVID restrictions.

Smells like sewage!!!! Everything is old!

The smell of sewage is horrible! The beds and pillows are old and horribly uncomfortable! The fridge is old and the door is not stable. The dishwasher will attack you every time you open it. The pictures of this place......... this is not worth the money....... look at a different cabin. This one is not worth your money or time

Perfect getaway!

Great place to escape for a few days! With a pool table, hot tub, and amazing views, this home has everything you need to enjoy your get-away. We'd go again in a heartbeat!

Amazing views from a beautiful home!

We loved this property! The area was wonderful with deer, elk and wild horses roaming around. I was up early most mornings and enjoyed watching the sun rise over the mountains. The home is very nicely decorated for the area and we had great family time playing pool together. There was everything you needed in the kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View!

Our stay at the Neeley Mountain Home was even better than expected. The unobstructed views are amazing. The home itself is warm and welcoming. The kitchen lacks nothing as far as cookware, utensils, and dishes. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are nice quality. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. We grilled outside after which we spent quite a bit of time in the hot tub. Keep in mind the deck is lofty and there are lots of stairs. We will come back. We love the Alto area and this is a beautiful home!
