I was born in Victoria , BC! It is 40 minutes from Cottonwood Home. I have lived in Duncan for 3 years. I enjoy crafts, reading and playing with my Grandsons!
Why they chose this property
I choose to live here because of the landscape and quietness! The house was beautiful but put my own touches to it as soon as we moved in and have been working on it for 3 years.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of the property is the private lake that has 5 acres of green grass surrounding it! We swim in it as it is clean due to the Troat living in it and is 30 ft deep in the middle. The Kinsol Trestle is very popular and is 5 minutes from home. Plenty of attractions in area as well.
