This modern three bedroom unit with air conditioning is located in South Peregian with a pool in the complex.
This lovely, ground floor, newly furnished unit is located in the Peregian On The Beach complex. Straight across the road from the beach entry at Victory Park.
The unit has fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Each of the three bedrooms features a balcony and the master with an en-suite.
A large covered courtyard off the lounge room makes it perfect for a family holiday.
Double secure underground parking with a lift to the front door makes this holiday unit so easy to settle into. A second TV (for streaming only) is in the master bedroom.

This is a non smoking complex.

Everything worked perfectly for us and we would absolutely stay in this property again.One little hiccup was that we were stuck in the lift on arrival for over an hour.However a technician attended and all was fine.Would have appreciated a follow up call to check in on us personally.
