In the heart of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Clean, cute, well appointed and fully provisioned 3rd floor condo. Downtown Whitefish is active at night in the summer! Elevator was out of order which would be tough for those with mobility issues. Parking is tight! Would happily rent again.
We had wonderful stay at Baker Apartments. It was very clean, completely upgraded and the perfection location for us to walk downtown and take the kids to the park. It’s central to get to Whitefish Mountain and not too far of a drive to Glacier. It is on the third floor with no elevator so a great warm up to your hike every day!
The Good: Location is Great to town. Walk to restaurants, bars shops, etc. Condo was clean and well appointed.
The Bad: Unit is on third floor and No elevator. Not a good choice for anyone with a problem walking up three stories of stairs (Multiple times). Trash can in kitchen is too small. After putting just a few things in the trash, we had to pull the bag out of the can and place in on the floor until the bag was full enough to take out (down & back up the 3 floors of stairs). Get a bigger trash can. Water pressure in the shower is very low. As stated by others, parking is a joke (no fault of the condo owner). So tight I don't see how this is to code. TV in the living room wouldn't stay connected and constantly "buffering" every 5 min, which was very aggravating and made it impossible to actually watch a show. TV in bedroom was fine.
Overall, great place to stay as long as you take the above into consideration.

Wonderful stay and a perfect location. Apartment was beautifully furnished and we were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. Only negative is the parking which is tight for anything larger than a compact, however there is plenty of overnight street parking close by. Would definitely stay again on a return visit.

Wonderful place. Convenience to food, stores, outdoor activities is a mainstay of this condo. Beds were really comfortable to boot. The only challenge is parking. Heed the instructions on the size of car that fits. A full size SUV will not. And those next to you that do use them will essentially block you out. We would still highly recommend this unit to others.

Good location, mediocre quality
Overall not a bad rental but there were some items that didn’t meet expectations. The linens were well worn and of lower quality. The biggest disappointment were stains on the bed sheets. The cleaning of the property could be improved. We had to clean the oven ourselves prior to using it. There was also a lack of privacy from the street through a large glass door - needs blinds. Even minor items like lacking an adequate amount of toilet paper and some common kitchen utensils made the stay a bit more challenging. In general, it felt like bare minimum approach to managing the property versus an attention to quality. Also guests should keep in mind parking is very tight for any size vehicle at the property. We parked on the street the entire time to avoid someone hitting our vehicle while trying to park. The location downtown is nice; just be ready to overlook and deal with a few things if you stay here.

We appreciate your feedback and comments. We apologize for the cleaning issues you experienced as this is not the quality of cleaning that we strive for. We have addressed these issues with the cleaning staff to ensure these issues do not arise again. Unfortunately, the parking lot to the building is out of our control. We do send property notes to guests 2 weeks and 1 day before arrival and both provide a detailed description of the parking lot as well as a photo so that guests are aware of its size and parking allotment. Since your stay we have ordered new blinds for the windows. Thank you again for your comments and we hope you enjoyed visiting Whitefish.
Really great location, close to everything. Walkable to tons of restaurants/bars/coffee. The place is really comfortable and convenient. Parking situation got a little sketchy. Wouldnt recommend anything larger than a midsize vehicle -- tight space that is very difficult to get in and out of due to a cement barrier. Other than that it was a really great stay, would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Whitefish.
The downtown area of whitefish as well as the ski area were amazing! We loved walking to dinner and certainly didn’t mind the short trip to Big Mountain!

Great experience. The unit is in great shape and is WELL stocked. Really Well Done place.
Heads up it is up 3 fights of stairs so if you dont like walking up and down 3 flights of stairs, that would be only negative. Otherwise highly recommend.
Condo was great. Comfortable, well decorated, big beds, everything worked. Fun fireplace, tv with access to all the subscription channels. Fantastic location across from ice cream shop and only a minute or two walk to all the shops and restaurants. Management was amazing and prompt with all my questions and requests. Would have loved a ski locker downstairs and a covered parking spot, but I don’t think any of the downtown condos have them. Would stay here again!

Would stay again! Perfect condo and location!
This condo was perfect for two adult couples! It was right downtown so it was easy to walk to everything. The interior decor was amazing as well. The outdoor balcony was nice to have for people watching.
The only things that could possibly make it slightly better was to have a second bathroom and the reserved parking spot was a little tight. There was plenty of other off-street parking available that was a little more roomy so it was not really that big of an issue.
I would definitely book this condo again without thinking twice.

Great location for downtown restaurants and the Snowbus
My husband and I stayed in the apartment for a month. It was very convenient and worked out well. The kitchen is well stocked, furniture is comfortable, and the location is great. There is some early morning noise in the alley when the garbage trucks come through twice a week. You have to be able to climb stairs as it is on the third floor. Parking was very convenient. The pullout sofa was comfortable when we had a family join us for a few days. The apartmentment is really too small for more than 4 people if it is going to be more than 2-3 days. Overall it was a great stay and Kody was very responsive on the couple of occasions we contacted him for help.
