Nice affordable central penthouse apartment in Barolo area. 150 m from the city centre. Nice sitting place and Pizza and normal grill on the terrace. Big terrace with panoramic view over the old city and vineyards. Nice kitchen with all animentes you need. Very comfortable King siza bed in the main bedroom with direct access to the terrace. Dunk bed with comfortable mattress in 2 nd bedroom perfect for families. Queen siza sofabed in the dining/ kitchen area. Free internet and prime video with sport channels. Livingroom also have direct access to the terrace. Professional coofee beans machine with 10 programs. Nice an comfortable sofa, TV rack and bar in the living room.

Why they chose this property

Best food and wine area in Hole Italy. Beautiful hill top towns. Panoramic views all arround. You got a lot for your money compare to Tuscany area. This lovely placecsre actually have a hole year season beach 60 km away, alone skiing in preto nevoso 45 minutes away and Grest Food and Wine all year. Can’t be better.

What makes this property unique

First of all the service to my clients. Good info on what to do. The apartment with the quality of Furnitures and beds. All the animates you need. The central location are unique only a short distance to the famous UNESCO cities and towns like Barolo, La Morra, Monforte D Alba, Serraljunga D Alba and Alba city. Barolo and Barbarresco wines are the most famous wines in the area. But this Are wine to combine with food !!!!. Dont go wine tasting for Barolo and Barbarresco wine without a food combination. 80 % who go to winetasting do this mistake. I recomend Giovanni Rooso vinery because the can combine wine and food. One famous wine from Dogliani, Italy is the Dogliani Dolcetto DOCG wines. Try the Superiore ones. This red wine is made from the Dolcetto grape and is known for its full body, intense fruit flavors, and smooth tannins. It is considered one of the best expressions of Dolcetto in Piedmont and is enjoyed both locally and internationally.
