A few suggestions:Include property map and highlight your unit. It was a nightmare trying to find it.Be sure to add # key after 4-digit code.It could have been cleaner. Found a used diaper under dresser by waste basket.

From the owner:"Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the unit and that the cleanliness wasn’t where it should be. While the resort provides signage and a detailed map, I understand how navigating a new property can still feel confusing, and I’m glad we were able to guide you in over the phone.Regarding the entry code, the pound sign is already included in the check-in instructions, but I’ll take another look to ensure everything is as clear and easy to follow as possible. I’ve also addressed the cleanliness concern with my team to prevent this from happening again.I appreciate your suggestions and the chance to continue improving the guest experience."

Napa resort
We had a wonderful time in this conveniently located comfortable little condo. This unit is part of the resort at Silverado. We were enjoyed the grill eating fabulous food and sipping wine. The golf was great and convenient. The owner of the unit was friendly and very accommodating. We appreciate all that she did to make us feel comfortable and happy with our new home! We will definitely return when we visit Napa!

From the Owner: "Thank you so much for choosing our place, we can't wait to see you again."
This cute little studio was perfect for a few days in Napa. The Silverado Resort is a wonderful place and this location is close to a lot of great restaurants and wineries. It is a really central location to go into downtown Napa or head into the wine country vineyards.
This studio met my needs for four nights, with unexpected amenities available in the room and nearby on the resort grounds. A little tricky to find at first, but smooth sailing from then on. The host was responsive and kind, and getting to the music festival I was attending and other places in Napa and Sonoma were short drives away.
We had a lovely stay over an extended weekend in this studio. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The location is close to wineries….this unit is close to the market bakery which was very convenient for a quick breakfast.

Wonderful Stay in Napa!
We loved staying at this studio in Napa. It was perfectly located from downtown and in route to the wineries. The actual resort it. situated on is gorgeous we felt like we were in utopia. They have a market with coffee and fresh food throughout the day. Right outside is a cute patio with a fireplace you can drink your coffee on or enjoy a fresh brick oven pizza Thursday - Sunday which was delicious. On property they also have several restaurants with one overlooking the golf course. We truly loved our stay and the actual studio was perfect for what we needed. The host was quick to respond and even let us check in a few hours early. We can’t wait to visit again!!
Tv was broken, bed was super creaky so we could hear everything from upstairs.

Tv remote was missing a battery, we had to drive out to a cvs late night to purchase batteries. TV Has an Amazon fire stick but no access to it and only “hotel style cable”Kitchen was a closet with a table in it. BarelyEnough space to function for us since we had to cook all our meals there. If you plan on cutting veggies, bring your own knives.Body wash was an old watered down bottle of Olay? Good thing we brought our own soap.Bed was soooo creeky.Upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants walking around early morning. Woke me up over and over both mornings we stayed there.Had to reach out to the owners on our way there to get instructions on how to find the place and enter the unit as the company who they have manage it, never sent us instructions and were not responsive via message on the app. The first time I reached out they sent me info of some random property owner in CT??If you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night while you explore wine country, this is good enough. But if you’re planning a getaway with your loved one and plan on staying in and spending quality time together, this is simply not worth the price. Owners were responsive and kind, offered us an extra night to stay for our troubles, but I had to get back for my son so I couldn’t take up the offer. No other offer to compensate us was given for our troubles beyond allowing us to check out late even though we had already asked the day before and they had approved our late checkout.
I was able to get earlier check in time which was nice. The studio was bigger than I expected, pictures online made it look smaller. The TV worked and had basic cable channels. The microwave was small but worked well. Small refrigerator worked but no freezer. The hot plate did not work. The safe did not work. The AC worked but it needs an upgrade or maintenance as noise was a bit loud and it was not as cold as it should be when I put it to 72 degrees. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was big enough and hot water was nice. The door handle was semi-broken when I checkin but I managed to make it work during my stay. My only 3 complaints are 1) I wish they provided a better idea of where the unit is and where we can park. I had to drive around a bit and didn’t realized I was in Silverado resort 2) there is a lot of noise coming from people walking upstairs. So it squeaky noise happens when someone walks and I was unfortunate to have earlier risers at 5:30am and I heard them walk around and squeak squeak squeak. If you are sensitive to noises, this may be an issue. I was awake and then once they stopped walking around, I was able to go back to sleep. 3) there are few bugs like spiders and sliver bugs in bathroom, I think there is a small opening in the window in the bathroom where they come inside the bathroom. If you stay in Napa, especially here, I highly recommend renting a car. Overall, a nice stay so I would recommend besides the squeaky noise coming from upstairs.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback and are sorry for any confusion regarding the resort amenities. After connecting with the homeowner, they’d like to clarify the following:- The community pool is available to our guests at no additional cost.- Other community amenities—such as the spa, golf course, gym, and additional facilities—are available for a fee paid directly to the resort.- We’ve followed up with Evolve to further clarify the listing details so future guests have clear expectations before arrival. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention — we’re confident upcoming guests will have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
