This location is amazing, we loved waking up to coffee on the deck every morning. The space is small, but the loft was perfect for my daughter who loved it. For us it was a great experience, we'll be back!

Close and Convenient Stay

We had a great stay at the york studio! It was such a close walk to the beach and not a bad walk to downtown either. The studio has everything we needed and the extra loft was nice for additional guest as well. The communication was good with quick responses and check ins. We would definitely stay here again!

York Beach Studio Vacation Gem

Looked for a small space for 2 beach side, and found it here. Very small studio with all the essentials for a short stay. Did have an issue with no where to keep outfits that needed to stay hung up, only two hooks next to the restroom toilet. If you don't mind bumping into each other this will work for you, don't overlook it!! Enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the bistro set and played cards one night listening to the band playing at the bathhouse just a short walk away. Covered parking for two vehicles and easy access from the back private alley. Wonderful stay with many memories walking the beach multiple times daily!! We'll be back for sure!!

The location was perfect for us and the condo itself was nicely updated. Our only concerns are:1. When seated on the couch, the TV is behind you.2. There is no head room in the upstairs. I am 5'4" and could not stand up. This is where we slept and it was very uncomfortable. In addition, the skylight above the bed has no blinds and and the early sunrise woke me up every day at around 5 am. Not what I wanted on vacation.3. The spiral staircase is extremely narrow. I am a petite woman and it was fairly tight going up the stairs. I couldn't get a suitcase up there.4. There is no privacy. Our guest stayed in the bed downstairs in the living room. We had no privacy in the room upstairs.5. We would not choose to stay here again, unfortunately, even though the location is great.
