Owner very quick to respond to questions! Super clean! The shower and bath were amazing! Everything you need for a great stay! The decor was simple and perfect! Very quiet when outside enjoying a fire or hot tub! We really got to relax!

I have used VRBO for many years. I have had always positive reviews until now. I would strongly recommend you avoid this host. What I am sharing here below is posted on the VRBO email platform. My concerns were communicated with the host and the only response I recieved was thank you for your comment. Absolutely nothing was done to address my concerns VRBO, please review this host. Read below...Sir, although my time at this property has come to an end, I am far from finished with my review of your lack of professionalism. I patronized you in my previous email because of fear of what you might do to cause me issues during my stay. I can only hope that you are new to this and if the opposite is true than you should be removed from this site. I base this this on the following and my review will contain this.1/ lack of professionism2/ 24 hours to respond to any communication. 3/ lack of toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 2 people for 7 days.4/ your brochure lacks important information..re: hvac information.5/ Floor was not clean and not swept. 6/ enclosed hot tub was difficult to use because of the overwhelming vapor of chlorine. this is a health Hazard.7/ lack of transparency about wifi. a small sticker on the side of a fridge is not acceptable. your clients should never have to look for this information. closing, I find your responses very intimidating and thus why I waited until the last day to express my concerns. You should not be allowed to carry on business on VRBO

Je me permets de rappeler le message que vous m'aviez envoyé quelques jours auparavant :"Good evening Sébastien. Thank you for the reply. Indeed, I shouldn't assume these type of supplies. Generally, when I often travel there are extras but I do understand your point of view of course. So far as the chalet, I must say that is most wonderful. Very serene and extra what we needed. I am one of many executives of Canada's largest Private sector unions and I will be advertising your company when I arrive back. Keep up the great work.
