We welcome our guests with three types of comfort peace of mind safety and sound sleep

5 minutes walk from Kumegawa Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line Along ShinOme Kaido / All rooms in the entire building are nonsmoking

Only guests staying at the hotel and those with the hotels permission are allowed to enter floors above the second floor

In order to remove certain plastic products the amenities provided in the rooms toothbrushes razors hairbrushes and womens sets will be available at the amenities corner in front of the front desk from Friday April 1 2022 Please take as many as you need

気持ち良い滞在でした。

ナビにホテルの住所設定時「この付近では車上荒らしの被害が多発しています」とアナウンスされ、旅行に幸先の良くない印象をもった。しかし、１.フロントで車上荒らしの確認に《初めて聞いた様子》で《当ホテルでは聞ていいない》に安心した。また、二泊三日の滞在にも被害は無かった。 ２.ホテルへの問合せ《明日早朝に東京駅まで行くには？》に口頭と紙で説明を受けた。が私の理解を心配され、あらためてフロントから２通りの案(発車時間と乗換回数と所要時間の併記)を印刷し、各々の利点説明を受けた。これは大変参考になり、帰りにまで役立った。私達に寄り添ったフロントのサポートで大変気持ち良い滞在となり、此処にして良かった。 以上
