Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 407

Condo 407 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and a spacious living area. Condo 407 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere one-minute walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Prime Treasure Coast Location

Thank you to the front desk staff (Jenny) for making our after hour arrival check in smooth and easy. Loved our ocean front unit as it was exactly as advertised. Easy walks to local restaurants within 1 to 2 miles. Nice wide beach. Property is clean, well kept and has a nice pool area.
