Set on the fifth floor with lift access and views out to the ocean and mountains beyond, this coastal chic apartment offers a poolside escape directly on the Esplanade, opposite a children's playground and Guyala Cafe—one of Cairns's best cafes. Open-plan living extends to a private balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the serene sunrise and picturesque sunsets over a cuppa or glass of wine. Split-system cooling, secure parking and resort-style amenities will make you feel right at home.
Step inside to be greeted by light-filled open living and a wall of windows highlighting stunning waterfront vistas. A comfortable L-shaped lounge invites you to relax in front of the TV after a day of exploring, while split-system cooling keeps things comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering with all the essentials including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop and cooking utensils. Dine inside around the six-seater table or make your way out to the private balcony for alfresco dining at sunset.
Three bedrooms offer ample space for travelling groups and families. The primary suite is set with a queen bed, built-in robe and access to the spacious balcony, while its ensuite makes it easy to refresh after a day of tanning by the resort pool. The second bedroom also sleeps two in a double bed, while the third bedroom offers flexibility in two single beds. All three bedrooms highlight ocean views. The main bathroom is fitted with a combination bath and shower.
This property is set within a resort-style complex, offering unlimited access to the outdoor pool and shared BBQ facilities. You’ll also enjoy an internal washing machine, secure parking for two cars, and lift access. A porta cot, travel pram, and highchair are available on request.

Directly opposite is a children’s playground the whole family will enjoy. Pop in for a morning coffee at Guyala Cafe—one of Cairns's best cafes—before strolling along the waterfront. Come evening, pop in for a pint at Cock & Bull or sit down for an Indonesian feast at Bayleaf Balinese Restaurant.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
