Great location in a nice gated community. Clean, light and well equipped. Nice beds. Any issues we found we reported and quickly rectified eg aircon and heating of pool. There were only 4 of us staying but this villa COULD host 2 families at once. I would stay here again.

Nicely Decorated

The home is nicely decorated, conveniently located and has a fun filled game-room. However the property lacks in maintenance and cleanliness. We arrived late at nite ( plane delay) so somethings went unnoticed until the next day or so. First off one of the beds had dirty sheets l. When we Message the rental agency the first response was they would send somebody over with a set of sheets . However, I explained that I shouldn’t be expected to to have to change sheets since everyone that rents pays a cleaning free and Should not be expected to change sheets . Eventually, somebody came and changed the bedding. The lens use were very inconsistent. They we’re very thin like Motel thin I’m staying at a luxury home. Those linens shouldn’t be like paper. The towels were the same inconsistent super thin rough not what you thought you would get a luxury home. They had plenty of extra pillows however most of the pillows in the home did not have pillowcases on them, including the extra pillows again those pillows were stained gross. We like the fact that there was a set of linens individually package for each person in each room again inconsistent some had pool towels and bath towels and a face cloth. Most hand towels were missing. Kitchen linens, one dish towel to stained dish mats, no oven mitts. Master on the second floor had many stains The carpet was stained on the stairs. Kitchen stools ripped and stained, came room table, broken from pedestal, extremely dangerous!
