We booked this property over a month before traveling to attend the Australia Open in Melborne. We flew over 20 hours from the US. Before flying I attempted to contact the owner and inquire about instruction to get into the property. There was no response. I try to contact the owner many many times after we landed and there was still no respond. We were stranded for many hours while waiting for owner's corresponding. This is the worst experience with a rental
