It’s such a cute cabin! Clean and comfortable. Private and my absolute favorite part was waking up to the beautiful horses in the pasture. We stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend at The Oaks Venue in Centreville.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful place and was very peaceful. My favorite part of my visit was sitting on the porch swing watching the rain.
What a peaceful getaway! Really enjoyed the clean, well appointed cabin. Very restful. Sitting on porch with wind whispering in trees was therapy!

Excellent Cabin
Great stay at a secluded and well maintained cabin. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a get away to leave it all behind. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy; it's just a great place.

Loved the homeyness of The NestEverything we needed with an amazing outdoor ambience…chilling with a cup of coffee on the back porch early in the morning listening to the roosters was the best!

We really LOVED this Cottage in the middle of SOMEWHERE ! From the entry gate, to the Shetland Highland Cattle grazing in the adjacent "pasture", to the rooster's morning wake up call, everything here was FANTASTIC ! The Cottage is well appointed with all necessities to relax, make meals, watch TV, etc. Location is perfect for a scenic, leisurely one hour drive to Tuscaloosa or same to Birmingham. We are looking forward to duplicating this trip in 2026 !Thank you, Mary, for a GREAT stay !

Enjoyed all but the last day when a storm caused a power outage. It was getting cold inside, so we left a day early. The host was very nice and kept contacting the power company and updating us. She told us we could have a free night on a stay at a later date.
