- Living room with sofa chaise, 50" smart TV with streaming, table games, console and Wi-Fi.
- Kitchen and dining room, stove, utensils and complete cookware set🍽️, refrigerator, microwave, various appliances (coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric cooker, multiprocessor).
- Suite with queen beds and auxiliary beds 🛌, bathroom with hairdryer and clothesline.
- Home office with executive chair.

- Free access to all spaces with wall fans and extras.

Todos os itens da casa são novos e muito bem pesados. O kit praia ajudou muito, inclusive com rodinha pra levar à praia. A casa é muito aconchegante, desde as camas que são super confortáveis, a TV com streamings e jogos, a cozinha bem equipada... E a piscina que é bem privativa. A comunicação foi super fácil, o Demétrio responde rápido e sempre de forma clara, ajudou sempre que foi necessário. Enfim, achei um excelente custo benefício, é segunda hospedagem lá e voltarei mais vezes. Recomendo
