There is an Apple TV hub available to you where you will be able to access your Netflix account and you have usage of DirectvNow, which is the newest streaming cable access. Over 100 channels available, including your favorites, such as CNN, ESPN, etc.

We stayed for 10 days … only wish it could have been longer , The house is amazing and on a very quiet area .. exactly what we were looking for … we wanted a vacation just to relax and unwind . The outdoor space is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee and watching the dolphins swimming by was just an added feature . I can’t say enough about this house … it certainly didn’t disappoint and the owner was very responsive to any concern we had . Thank you to the Nye’s for sharing their lovely home .

Vitalististic vacation!

It was a delight to not only find this property online, but to realise it was available for our planned stay and to experience one of the best vacation places we have ever had the opportunity of staying in. Having friends who had recently moved to Palm Coast it was important that we were near the canal system and also had all of the amenities required for two couples who are firm friends. Two bathrooms were essential, as was the pool, and the dockside environment was a true delight to behold and have the use of. Plenty of towels for every necessity, a truly amazing refrigerator that caters for all of our needs, access to a washing machine & tumble dryer, and extremely comfortable furniture indoors and poolside. Tom and Nancy even responded to our question about a kettle by ordering one that was delivered the next day; true customer service! The only ‘challenge’ was the automatic door entry system which didn’t work and having to call the proprietors to ascertain an alternative way of accessing the house. International call charges notwithstanding, the back-up system worked a treat and the indoor temperature setting that was left for us proved a great and helpful relief after a long day of travelling. Needless to say, when we return to visit our friends locally again we’ll keep our fingers crossed that this property is available for us to rent. 👍😎😍😎👍

Beautiful Property

We were so grateful for our time spent at this beautiful property. It truly was everything it stated on their site. The decor was stunning and it was so incredibly equipped we found we didn't need anything. The location was wonderful as well with a short drive up A1A to St. Augustine or down south even to Orlando. We would definitely return. With our son getting ready to join the military, this was such a blessing to get to spend some quality family time before he leaves. Thank you!
