Welcome to 53 Evergreen a beautiful clean 2 bedroom 1 large bathroom space with queen pullout. Located on a large lot with no neighbours in the back, on a quiet dead end street, your family will be just steps away from the funplex.

*There is an additional $15+tax registration fee per person per stay required by Sherkston as well as additional fees for wristband passes for amenities (pools & water slides) to be paid for by the renter. Sherkston requires photo ID submitted for any visitor over the age of 18.
Renters are not permitted to have visitors only those on the registration will be permitted (Sherkston rules).

We had a great time. The cottage was super clean, inviting and spacious. A home away from home. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Excellent communication with owners and property manager.

A perfect unit in an ideal location, and spotlessly clean. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Brian was an outstanding host, promptly addressing any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

My family had a wonderful time at Brian’s place. It was so clean and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful having the golf cart to get around with the kids! It was so nice having cooking utensils, plates etc provided for us! This place has everything you need! I definitely recommend this place!!! We will be back next year.
