Even more, the building is equipped with a salt water pool, gym and doorman.
The Space: This 1 bedroom apartment includes a separate living room and loft area for sitting. Exposed brick and natural light provides a modern and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom includes a queen bed, tv and newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with all cooking utensils and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. New renovation and custom design, this space has so much to offer.
Guest Access: This is a whole private condo located in the Fibre Mills building. There is an onsite doorman until Midnight each day, a pool and grilling area in the courtyard, onsite gym and elevators.
The Neighborhood: The CBD is the heart of New Orleans. Street car, restaurants, grocery store, superdome, convention center and riverfront are all within a short walk on the condo.
Getting Around: Gated Parking is available, and the St. Charles street car is a few blocks away.
Other Things to Note: This property is in a managed building that requires stays of 90 days of more. After booking, you will be required to provide an ID and sign a 90 day document, agreeing to the HOA rules.
