Absolutely beautiful! The view was amazing the property was clean! There was a visible trail down to the creek. The host was very helpful and kind! Always replied in under 5 minutes and answered all of my questions. Will definitely book again.
The location was wonderful, the cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable! We enjoyed the creek and the stars at night! Probably not for everyone but if you like being off the beaten path this is the place for you!

Awesome stay!
Had a great stay here! Cabin was great and was able to get some fishing in at the creek.
The cabin was very nice and clean. Perfect size for my family of 4. Host left very detailed instructions for items and how to use them. Loved walking along the river.
What a peaceful retreat. There is something so restorative about falling asleep to the sound of the creek and ending the day by the fire pit under the stars. The cabin itself is beautiful, and the jetted tub was the perfect touch of relaxation. A huge thank you to our amazing host for making this such a seamless experience. We loved every minute of being 'off the grid' here. We had no problems, absolutely perfect. We can't wait to visit again.
We were looking for a place away from the crowds and this place was it. Very secluded but convenient to all there is to see and do. Will be staying here again.
We had a great stay for our 40th anniversary. Cabin was exactly what we needed. Hubby fished every day and I had my sewing machine and worked on several quilt projects. Clean, had plenty of towels and dishes. We cooked all our meals while on our 5 night stay. Dryer made funny loud noises but did work fine.
The location being in the middle of no where with creek access for only us made it one of the most relaxing, peaceful trips our family has ever had! If you get the chance to rent this property, you definitely should!
Absolutely perfect remote place with creek access! Will definitely go back.

My daughter and I stayed just shy of week and the best time! It was the perfect tiny little space for us. Quick access to the creek, to town, and other swimming holes. The host was more than happy to answer any questions and was always a text away! 10/10 recommend staying here. I grew in spending every summer in Mtn View and I absolutely loved staying here!

Great experience
We had a wonderful experience here. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the creek and fire pit. It's in a beautiful spot for us folks who enjoy nature and the mountains in the area.
It was a beautiful cabin that was very well equipped, it is solar powered and off the electric grid but there was never an issue even though it has a backup up generator. The setting offers a lot of privacy. We often saw deer and turkey in the yard and nearby stream was fun to explore. Mountain View was just a short drive away. It was the perfect home base to explore the Mountain View area. We will definitely stay again!
We had an amazing stay here. This place was wondering for myself, my husband and our two kids. We will be rebooking here!

Great cabin with private access to Sylamore Creek- STUNNING!!!
We really enjoyed our experience. Wow, is this place even more secluded than we could imagine (and we dont live in a neighborhood so thats saying something). The creek this property has access to absolutely could not have been more breathtaking! The hot water is a little tricky to figure out and the stairs to the upper room are more steep than we realized but other than that our stay was wonderful! Make sure to bring your own laundry detergent, and extra TP! Lovely cabin, gorgeous location! We have already talked about when we will be back.
Very clean and cozy cabin. Stayed here for 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Very peaceful stay. Great location. The owner provided detail instructions and made sure everything was ok our first night. Saw plenty of wildlife including a family of deer, turkey and a roadrunner. Caught small mouth and rock bass in the creek. The White River / Calico Rock was easy to get to where we caught our limit in rainbow trout with Mr. “Cobb” at Jenkins Fishing service. Blanchard Springs Caverns was also easy to get to and quite a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.
This little cabin was the perfect get away! It is a small space, but has everything you need to prepare meals, relax, and just enjoy being away from your busy day-to-day life. It had a full size fridge, oven, microwave, and a Keurig in the kitchen. I loved relaxing on the large covered porch as well as the cool waters of the creek which is just below the cabin! My grandson and I even caught a few fish!! I've already started planning my next stay!
Perfect secluded getaway with my wife! Adorable cabin with all the necessities. Short walk to the creek. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended if you're looking for the perfect place to get away from it all and decompress! Will definitely go back!
It was overall wonderful! No problems at all. We got to meet the father of the owner and speak with him for a while about the area. We had a blastA

Weekend Get-away
This is the 2nd time to stay at this cabin. We absolutley LOVE it. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay and still not far from town this is the place. We have met the owner and he was great. I bought a Keurig the 1st time I stayed there and left it there for when we return we liked it so much. We will definitely go back!
The cabin was super cute and clean, never have used solar for energy, but was no issues at all, wifi and creek access is family friendly and nice to not have to drive to water. The owner contacted us before we checked in and was available for any questions needed. It is secluded, maybe a tad more than I am used to. You will have 2 miles of gravel road and toward the cabin the road does narrow. We saw deer in the clearing during the morning hours and the weather was great for sutting on the porch.
This little cottage is perfect for a secluded getaway. My husband, kids, and I came here to getaway and to connect with nature. It was a wonderful experience. They enjoyed seeing natural wildlife and how they had so much room to explore. The creek was so much fun to swim and splash in. It’s not too far from town. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return.
