Our family was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The first thing we noticed was in the kitchen, we were provided 2 old dirty sponges to do our dishes. There is a strong air freshener scent throughout the house. The surfaces were clean, like the kitchen counters, tubs & toilets, but the floors and bath mats were not clean. The house is large, a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds & sofas; listing is accurate. Location is amazing, we stayed for a wedding at a winery which was very close by.

Unreliable!

A group of us going to an event in London booked this house months in advance for the weekend & paid in full. Three days prior to check-in received confirmation of the rental & the address of the house. At 10pm the night before we were to check in I received an email that our reservation was canceled. Impossible to find a.new place to stay less than 24 hours before we arrive.
