QV 2 Bedroom Apartment Overlooking Marina -(680)
Waterfront east facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 70 m2 serviced apartment overlooking the Viaduct Basin. Parking included for small to medium car.
This 70sqm furnished serviced apartment on the 4th floor of the Stratis Block has two double bedrooms each with own tiled ensuite, full laundry in one of the bathrooms. Full kitchen facilities opening onto living area and dining conservatory which overlooks marina. High speed unlimited wifi and large Smart TV. Second bedroom has twin beds which can be zipped into king bed on request (with an additional cost). Secured underground carpark within the building included - height restriction 2m, not suitable for people movers or vans due to the storage locker suspended from the roof over bonnet area of the parking space. Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.
Lighter Quay is a secure complex with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym. There is a secure underground carpark (one park included in tariff, possibility of a second for an additional fee) and is located on the quieter side of Viaduct Basin close to the cafes of Wynyard Quarter.
We do not live on site but we are only a text away.
This is just one of a number of private apartments we manage in the Auckland CBD.
Viaduct Harbour is known for its cafes, restaurants and bars, there are two public parks nearby and the Auckland Fish Market and a large supermarket are also within walking distance. Close to the Events Centre, Spark Arena and the Auckland Maritime Museum.
Within walking distance of Britomart Transport Hub and the ferry terminal.
Parking for visitors on site - 2 hours maximum with permit.
Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Bookings taken up to 3 months prior to check in due to contract with owners.
No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree.
Key collection is from our office, which is 1km away from the complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
