Step into your second home! This newly built walkout basement offers a private entrance, complete with a full bathroom and kitchen and a cozy bedroom. Your convenience is prioritized as you will be located a 3 minute drive to Walmart, Winners, and a handful of restaurants such as Swiss Chalet, Kelseys, and East Side Marios. We've even saved you a parking spot in the driveway for hassle-free arrivals. Welcome!

- Please NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house.
