- within 1 km to Rio Can shopping center (Costco, FreshCo, Popeyes, subway, Salons, Ice cream shops, LCBO, restaurants, bars) etc
- 2 kms to Durham college/UOIT
- Bust right infront of house
- Lots of walking trails
- easy access to 407 and Highway 7
Note:
We live upstairs, so please expect a bit of sounds in the basement (though we try to minimize the usage of main floor while guests are available)
