- Two floors and two living areas make this work for families, couples, girls’ weekends, golf trips, and small groups
- Most homes this size have one living room, so somebody always ends up going to bed early. This one has two — so the ping pong game and the card game happen at the same time, and nobody has to be the one who calls it a night

DOWNSTAIRS — THE GAME ROOM
- Ping-pong table, foosball, and a putting green mat, so there’s a plan when it rains and something to do at 4 pm when everyone’s back and nobody’s hungry yet

ACCESSIBILITY
- Two-story home. The kitchen and living room are upstairs; the suite and game room are downstairs, connected by a full flight of carpeted, hand-railed stairs. There’s also a small step at the front entry. Most guests never think about it — but if anyone in your group prefers to avoid stairs, we’d rather you know now than be surprised. The suite has its own entrance from the porch, so it can be reached without using them

- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Outdoor conversations and activities should be kept at a respectful volume, particularly during quiet hours
- This is a 2-story property. A small step is required to enter the home. A set of interior stairs is required to access the 2nd floor. Please use appropriate caution on stairs
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry, and camera 2 is on the corner of the deck facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- Per HOA regulations, street parking is not allowed at the property
- The community golf course is available for an additional fee, paid for upon arrival
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests included on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted
