Perfect for enjoying time with family and friends, this vibrant and beautifully decorated home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay by the sea.

MAIN LEVEL: You'll be welcomed into a bright and open living area with a large sectional sofa, TV, and decorative fireplace that creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils and appliances, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of counter space—ideal for both cooking and entertaining. The dining room seats eight comfortably and offers uninterrupted ocean views with direct access to a wraparound balcony.

BEDROOMS ON MAIN LEVEL: This floor features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private en suite bathroom. A third bedroom includes a twin bed, and there’s an additional full bathroom in the hallway.

LOWER LEVEL: Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with two twin beds. This level also includes a spacious family room with its own fully equipped kitchenette and minibar. The living area opens directly to a ground-floor porch with front-row views of the ocean.

OUTDOOR SPACES: The upstairs balcony features a charcoal grill and outdoor seating, perfect for a sunset barbecue. The ground-floor porch offers immediate beach access and a relaxing space to unwind by the sea.

The house was gorgeous, very clean, and everything in it was high quality and worked well. We had a fabulous time! And the tile work is amazing. The only downside was the trek up and down to the beach, especially with little kids. It’s a pretty steep hill of deep sand, and the staircase down to the beach was in pretty rough shape. The views were great though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: El Perico Bizco was perfect for our family and friends beach vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. The bottom floor is like a whole separate unit with it's own kitchen! The area is very residential and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to town to shop and eat. WalMart is a 5 minute drive. The walk down the hill to the beach takes about a minute or two, super easy. The views are spectacular and the beach is super sandy, not rocky at all. Would stay here every time if I could! Great service!
