The property was clean and in a good location. It is fairly basically stocked ie no salt and pepper, spices etc. lake is lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and more than enough space for eating together, playing games and enjoying the lake. We would definitely book again.

We spent 6 nights at the lake. We had plenty of space for all nine of us. We swan, kayaked and paddleboard every day. There was plenty of wildlife to see and the kids had great time catching bugs and watching the birds. We roasted marshmallows in the gazebo and had several scavenger hunts. The dock could use some improvement but overall we had a great vacation

Cabin had a cozy feel to it and the property was beautiful. If seclusion and privacy are your thing, this is the perfect getaway. Beautiful lakes with gorgeous water nearby and very friendly community.

We were so delighted to find this property as we were looking for a place in the area. Cottage interior was lovely with very spacious rooms. And the outside was private and breathtaking. What a place to have your morning coffee. We swam in the private lake every day.. Owner was very responsive.

Journey of Discovery

A spacious property in an active, beautiful, vista rich environment with access restrictions and limitations.If you are interested in Ornithology, Odonatology, Lepidopterology, or Murinology you will not be disappointed. We recorded a number of rare species of birds and moths.This is a rural property which provided us with gifts of learning as well as challenges not encountered in day to day living. Communication is challenging. Issues with the property that were communicated were not resolved for the duration of the trip. The Gazebo and the dock were not operational for the duration of our stay.We had hunters on the property during our stay which was terrifying for our group which included young children and a small dog.
