About this property

Family Friendly Houskeeping Cabin with additional Bunkie.

Two bedroom cottage with loft and futon.

This cottage is on a shared property with a swimmable pond, playground and fire pit. The pond is stocked for catch and release fishing.

Additional Bunkie with double bed also available.

Camping allowed if you have a bigger family.

This cabin sits on 17 acres with my home.

There is also a small bunkie and an outdoor washroom available.

Guests have private use of cabin and deck as well as outside washroom and Bunkie (if booked)

This is a housekeeping cottage. No towels, linens, blankets or pillows are provided. Guests must provide their own.

We loved the little cottage, the kids loved the pond. Its a great location and the property was beautiful. However the cottage was not clean, all the cupboards had mouse poop everywhere, under the kitchen sink was disgusting. I dont know why they would not have cleaned it. So we had to wash everything, but we did have a good time

Where do I even start? What an amazing place with an even better host. Cori is a kind, happy, caring and generous host!She does live on the property as described, unless you have questions or need something, its like she isnt there. My children have no stopped talking about how nice she was. the water is amazing! the fish are amazing! my daughter was hand feeding the turtles!We will most definitely be back!Thank you so much Cori! Awesome low key vacation

Awesome place/ property. Host was absolutely amazing. Come in the summer get full use of the pound and water floaties available. There is no oven so just keep that in mind when packing food. Host had 2 hot plates to use and a grill which was perfect for us! I had 10 people stay at the accommodation we had to share beds, which we were happy with. And two people in a tent. The water is not drinkable from tap but Cori provided filtered water for us. We also brought some cases of water with us, as well. If you are particular about your taste of water I would suggest bringing some. Overall we had a great time at the property. Thank you Cori for allowing us to stay :)

Why they chose this property

The Collingwood area has so much to offer for tourism but still keeps it's small town charm. The property is a quick 8km drive into town.

We are also close to the collingwood airport and I enjoy watching the planes.

What makes this property unique

This property has a 3 acre pond for swimming. The pond is also stocked for catch and release fishing.

We also have a fairly large playground for the kids and a fire pit for evenings.

Take a walk around the multiple walking paths on the property or go for a walk on the Collingwood rail trail that is accessible from the property.
