When you’re not strolling the waterfront, relax in air-conditioned comfort with a movie or dine alfresco on the generous balcony as you take in sweeping views over the Gardens Golf Course and Darwin Harbour. Make use of the shared wraparound pool and gym during your stay.
This elegant and contemporary penthouse residence features high-quality finishes and thoughtful furnishings to provide a comfortable and laid-back family haven. You will have access to the complex's shared sparkling lap pool and gym, and at home, an open-plan kitchen and dining area offers all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-seater table, oven, air fryer, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

A spacious and air-conditioned living area includes a large sofa and chaise to settle into with your favourite TV series, while a second lounge area with a couch and TV ensures everyone has space to unwind. Sliding glass doors open out to a generously sized private balcony, where you can dine at the six-seater table, relax with a book in a cosy armchair or enjoy a glass of wine while you soak up the panoramic views and famous Darwin sunset.

Accommodating six guests, two light and airy bedrooms include a king and queen bed respectively while a sofa bed in the living area sleeps two children. Both bedrooms have split system air conditioning and ceiling fans, the primary bedroom also features a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a double vanity while the main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and complimentary toiletries.

Other conveniences include WiFi, a private washing machine and dryer, and garage parking for two cars as well as free on-street parking 24/7.

Please note that the sofa bed is only available upon request and is only suitable for two children.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves with access to the shared pool. Please make yourselves at home!

You’re a 15-minute stroll from Bicentennial Park, a lush green space overlooking the harbour where you’ll find walking paths, picnic tables, and a playground. The Mindil Beach Sunset Market, held in April-October, is within a 20-minute walk, while the CBD is a five-minute drive. Other local attractions include Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, and the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

A mid-stay cleaning fee of $300 for every scheduled clean will be applied to reservations with more than 14 days of stay. The mid-stay cleaning includes change of linen, light cleaning of the property, and checking for any issues that may have been incurred during the stay, and this will be scheduled every fortnight until you check out.
