Two fully air-conditioned bedrooms & air-conditioned living room, cozy home in a gated, secured complex with excellent privacy. 3 hours from NAIA airport and just 5 minutes from TPLEX freeway exit (Can arrange pick up from NAIA airport if needed). A very quiet neighborhood, area ideal for morning run/walk. Easy access to city proper and nearby municipalities thru a by-pass road to avoid city traffic. Full kitchen, fridge, microwave, two full bathrooms, heated shower, Free WIFI & parking.
The space
Quiet, comfortable place with private access in a gated-fully secured complex. Firm comfortable queen bed in the masters bedroom and a queen size/single double deck bed in the other room. Two full bathrooms with a heated shower and bidet toilet bowl. Large kitchen with a center island with complete amenities which include a gas/electric stove, fridge, microwave, oven toaster, water kettle, and complete set of cooking utensils for your use. Laundry available. Free parking. PLS. NOTE: Second room will only be accessible and used if more than 2 adult guests reserved.

Clean home, very cozy for me and my guests. We appreciated all the appliances and having a washer. The AC worked great during our stay. It was very hot out and it just felt good to even relax back at our temporary home. The security guards are very nice and over the week’s time, knew who we are. Thank you for accommodating us.
