Wonder through the fabulous fruit trees and veggie gardens, use the fresh produce to cook up a storm, then sit and enjoy in either outdoor entertaining areas and over look the vast paddocks and beautiful old gums.
Enjoy a gin & tonic in front of the fire pit on a summers night or retreat to the inside fire for a glass of red during winter.
25minutes to Shepparton, 10km to Waranga basin for fishing or boating, 20minutes to the gold fields, not far from rail trails that are partially open, lots of fabulous wineries within an hour drive, all located within the heart of thoroughbred country.
