Mariner's Way 305 is located right across the street from the beach in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This third floor end unit with an elevator in the building has perfect ocean views! Best location for your vacation!
What a great property for a small family or couple! Enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need and has a breakfast bar for your meals. The condo has been freshly painted for the 2025 season and has a new refrigerator too! The living room area has a large TV with ample amount of seating! The bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a large balcony overviewing Ocean Blvd with ocean views. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for your use.
This property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in North Myrtle Beach. With only a short ride to the local restaurants, have a cocktail at Snooky's or go to Boulineau's for your groceries. There is even a miniature golf course right up the street on Sea Mountain Hwy.
