This large, modern suite is centrally located in a quiet, family friendly community. 5 minutes to the C-Train station, 20 minutes to downtown/Stampede, 45 minutes to the mountains.

It's perfect for a couple or small family to call home while exploring the city & area. Backing on the woods, it sleeps four (1 queen bedroom + queen sofa bed) with separate dining area, dedicated work space, large patio and back yard with a play structure. Full bathroom with shower + jacuzzi rub. Foosball table. Private entrance. Free street parking.

Guests stay on the first floor of the home at the walk-out level. They have the entire unit and the back yard to enjoy. The owners live upstairs and can be contacted at any tome to make your stay more enjoyable.
