About this property

EastVan Launching Pad! Great spot for getting downtown and out of town.

Welcome! Our place is a Ground Floor 2 bedroom with dishwasher and washer dryer. Nice and cool in the summer and with its own heat supply cozy as you want in the winter.

***For World Cup the place will be able to host up to 6 people***

Located in EastVan. About 10 walk to East Village and 15 minutes to Commercial Drive. Both areas offee lots to do, see and eat. Additionally close to the PNE and Playland for lots of summer fun along with the beach and pool access at the large New Brighton Park

There is easy access to transit, bike paths and commuter routes into downtown or out of town. #7bus 1 block away, 99 and Hastings buses 6 blocks and close to Adanac bike route. 10 minute drive to downtown and all that offers or easy access to highway 1 to North Shore and beyond.

Their are two double beds to accommodate up to 4 people. If you are booking for 4 people and plan to use more than the beds we will need to discuss as the couch is not suitable as a bed (blowup mattress may be available...please request).

Great stay

Great communication with the host, easy check in and out process. Super clean. Comfortable beds. We were there for about a week and felt like it was home. The host was amazing: super friendly, welcoming, generous (with their garden, and thank you so much for that!), and warm. We highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Gilles and his family were great guests to have visit our space. Great communication and took great care of our space and really just nice people to be around. They got great weather so they seemed to make the most of their visit to our region.

Great space for a family!

The most wonderful and accommodating hosts who took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. This place is equipped with everything you need and more. A decent distance by bus from downtown and tourist attractions. There is no need for a car.

We were surprised to find the rooms were in the basement with the family living upstairs. I don’t think it was disclosed that way in the ad. The hosts were very friendly and we were comfortable there. Great location.
