Classic mountain Gambrel cabin in one of Big Bear's quietest neighborhoods. The smile on your face will say it all as you tour this tastefully renovated cabin close to the National Forest, Maple Hills Hiking Trails, and Sugarloaf Park. Minutes to the Village shops, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the back deck which features a hot tub, gas barbecue, patio table, and chairs. Front gated deck and back fenced yard.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

The cabin itself and the amenities were great. The bedsheets in the master bedroom smelled of mildew like they were sitting wet in the washer for an extended period of time, there were no Keurig coffee pods for the Keurig machine, only ground coffee but no actual coffee maker. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were really dirty and full of dog fur.
