The Princess Elisabeth

While not quite being the Queen Elizabeth, the Princess Elisabeth is a cozy studio for rent in Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, close to the St-Laurent and Berri Uqam metro stations. If you want to be at the heart of Montreal's festival scene or if you simply want to hang out downtown, this is the place for you! Close to the metro and a university, a 15 mins walk to downtown Ste Catherine Street and the Eaton Center. Gym and rooftop available in the building.

Please also note that the condo is located close to a bar and the balcony is above their terrace. As such, it does get noisier when the terrace is open during summer.

Nice spot in a fantastic location!

We stayed to be close to the Village and all Montréal had to offer. The apartment was cozy and in a very clean and secure building. One small note for other guests - bring your own shower supplies (body wash, shampoo, etc.). Would recommend and stay again!

Cozy suite close to the metro

The cozy suite had everything we needed for our short stay in Montreal; the murphy bed was easy to configure. We were very glad that it's so close to the metro and many things that are happening around the city. The property manager was very prompt in answering our queries.

Had a lovely time

My friend and I booked this apartment for Osheaga, and it was so nice. It was clean and well set up so it felt so big, the balcony was over the patio of a bar/restaurant so you could sit out and listen to the music and people but the two glass doors block so much noise when your inside so you can still go to sleep early if you want. The location was awesome we could walk to downtown, old port, China town and more easily. We couldn't get the TV to work but that didn’t bother us that much so overall it was an amazing apartment in a great location at a really good price too.

Unbearably noisy

The property is immediately above a nightclub, with window-shaking music, screaming and shouting until 0400 in the morning. The place itself is absolutely fine and the hosts are friendly and available, but the location is unbearable. I can’t recommend this to anyone.
