Private home with 2 room suite and private bath upstairs. Quiet and peaceful yet close to beach and downtown Wilmington. Great breakfasts specializing in homemade blueberry pancakes, ( gluten free and vegan too). Owner lives on property..
Sunporch, outdoor deck, hammock and hottub available. Close to 3 golf courses, great restaurants and marina. Space to tie up small boat at my private dock. TV, VCR, DVD, and WiFi provided.
Close to Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center. (host volunteers with turtle program).
Sleeping arrangements are queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in den, one full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Refrigerator in room, access and use of sunporch, deck, hammock, hottub, dock and kayaks.
Free laundry facilities. Grill and picnic area. Smoking in outside areas only.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with Phoebe. The house is clean and comfortable and the property is beautiful. Phoebe cooks delicious breakfasts and made checking in and out extremely easy. The kayak I used was in good condition and I had a lovely time on the waterway. The local towns and beaches were a great visit, I particularly enjoyed serenity point at topsail beach and soundside park in surf city. Thank you so much Phoebe!!

Phoebe's home is a peaceful oasis, and she is a true gem. I'll look forward to seeing her again when I'm in the area.The views of the bay from the sunroom are incredible. The home's location is convenient. Be sure to check out Shaka Taco during your visit. :)

We had a wonderful stay with Ms Phoebe! She has a beautiful home and it really felt like we were staying with our Grandmother! She a wonderful lady, and breakfast was spot on! I would stay here again!

Yes there are stores, gas and amenities near by. The beach is a 20 to 30 minute drive but easy to find.

Phoebe was an absolute delight! She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and treated us like family throughout our stay. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made the experience truly special. The B&B was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that showed how much she cares about her home and her guests. Her property is even more beautiful than in the photos. If you're looking for a cozy place with a wonderful host, I can't recommend Phoebe's B&B enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we'd happily return!

Very quiet peaceful serene spot, great food, took walks, went to the beach and shopping, great variety of local restaurants, took one of my teenage boys, Immaculate accommodation, hostess was very nice, lives on site, engaging conversation, abundant information on hand about local area and activities and directions. Fabulous sunroom and view.

This was a wonderful place to stay, convenient to Topsail and Surf City for a quick and stress-free visit. The BnB host is super, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Thoughtful touches with nothing missed make you feel at home. We forgot our beach chairs, no worries, out host had it covered! Great communications from start to finish, comfortable bed with nice linens. The home is lovely with a nice view of the sound, in a quiet location. We would definitely stay again! If you're looking to go to the turtle center, book your visit when you make the reservations, it's popular for a reason and they fill up in advance! Our thanks to a classy host with a wonderful personality.

Lovely private location with beautifil views.

Our time at the VRBO was peaceful and quiet, while conveniently located near beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and craft beer pubs. The host is charming and serves a wonderful breakfast.

Quiet Location and Lovely Host

Phoebe made us feel extremely at home, breakfast was delicious, and the property was gorgeous. You’re away from the business of the beach, but still close enough the quick head over for a visit! We loved staying there and would definitely come back.

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast!

My husband and I had so much fun at Phoebe's bed and breakfast. The location was beautiful, and Phoebe's breakfasts were top notch! We stayed on the water most of our trip. We are thankful to have found this hidden gem and hope to return soon!
