Deluxe 3-bedroom Condo in Old Montreal with a Private terrace

Only a few steps away from the riverwalk, tourist attractions, festivals, and all the best restaurants, bars, cafés, and clubs Montreal has to offer.
This beautiful, newly renovated 2,200 sqft condo with 12 ft ceilings is accessible via an elevator. It has three bedrooms, a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. The state-of-the-art open kitchen is located right next to the spacious, tastefully furnished living and dining area. The private outdoor terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

You will also find a foosball table (also known as baby foot) to entertain your kids or enjoy fun times with friends.

Equipped with A/C, heating, a smart TV with a Netflix account, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated work area. A Pack ' n Play and a high chair are also available upon request.

There are several paid parking lots nearby, as well as paid street parking in front of the property.

Location! Location! Location! Modern, updated condo steps from Basilica Notre Dame, boutiques, cafes & the river front in Vieux Montreal. Perfect for our grown kids, wives and grand children. Private terrace if you want to get away and an elevator for convenience. The host was very responsive to our needs. Looking forward to our next stay.
