Location Symphony complex is the ideal location, right beside all of the restaurants and bars of Whistler's Marketplace. A grocery and liquor store are also just across the road for added convenience. If you're feeling lazy and don't fancy ~10-12 minute walk to the lifts, the free shuttle bus stop just across the road will take you to base of the mountain in minutes. Kick back and relax in the complex Hot Tub, surrounded by beautiful trees.

Our stay was amazing, and I felt like I didn't have to worry about much while we were here. It matched the description, and the instructions were always clear. Perfect for walking to the village and exploring the surroundingng areas. I would highly recommend!
The property fit the needs of our group. It was clean and welcoming, the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment, a short walk to shopping and restaurants, and shuttles to the ski lifts. Customer service was excellent.

We had a great time during our Whistler trip. The condo was easy to get to and was very spacious. The entryway was a little cluttered but we were a party of 7 so that was a lot of shoes to keep down there. The beds were comfy and the people who preferred space could find it away from the group. All in all this was a great place to stay.

The townhome is in a perfect location. Close to market place and the village. We didn't need our car at all. It was really ideal. Kitchen had all the essentials. Perfect for a family. Parking spots in garage are a bit tight. Was fine for our cars but something to keep in mind if you are renting a larger vehicle. I took off a star because we had an issue during our stay and no one answered the after hours line urgent line or got back to us in a timely fashion. They did call the next day and it was resolved, but emergency calls should never go unanswered. Overall was a good stay and I would stay in one of their properties again.

Nice location
The condo was smaller than expected from the photos. Also, 2 large flights of steps. First flight I believe was to your first floor where the kitchen,Small livingroom and one bed room were located. Then, another flight of 19 steps to the 2nd floor where the other 2 bedrooms and baths were located. Furniture was ver small and low should be updated. One comforter was very dirty and yellowed was was on one of the twin beds. The location is nice about a 12 to 17 minutes walk to everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need. Overall it was a nice place. The stairs caught us off guard and the size of the furniture. Not a very big place and need updating.

Unfortunately, this is how it was designed and not much can be done to change it. However, we are going to address your comment to the apartment owners for further review. Sorry to hear that you encountered challenges with the stairs. We understand how important it is for our guests to have a comfortable experience, and we’ll certainly take your comments regarding furniture size into consideration as we plan future updates.
I also want to sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue with one of the comforters; this is not up to our standards, and I will ensure our housekeeping team addresses this immediately.
