Welcome to your private 1-bedroom guest house, set within a beautiful colonial property. This fully self-contained unit offers its own living area, bathroom, and secure private entry, with all doors and windows fitted with Crimsafe screens for peace of mind.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a 4K TV with Netflix, Amazon and Paramount, fast Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, coffee/tea facilities, and a washing machine.

Step outside to enjoy the leafy gazebo area, complete with outdoor dining, BBQ, and fire pit — perfect for relaxing afternoons or evenings under the stars.

Please note: there is a separate Airbnb upstairs in the main house. Both spaces are private and self-contained, but if you wish to book the whole property exclusively, please get in touch.

Great value comfy stay

This was perfect for our group of friends looking for somewhere to affordably stay near ipswich, Coen was suuuuuuper communicative and helpful even offering an extra mattress to make us more comfortable. Had a lovely outdoor spot to relax in and the place had everything we needed to live in for a week. Love the suburban area. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming decor

The property was clean and well presented. Minor frustration trying to get the TV to work and no response re appliances not working. Overall a good stay, clean, welcoming and private. Would stay again when in the area visiting relatives.
