Enjoy being close to Rothesay Bay Beach Reserve, and local Browns Bay amenities at this cozy two bedroom home. Ideal for a small group travelling together, this house has open plan living / kitchen with a king bedroom and further bedroom with twin singles. There is a lovely deck off the kitchen space with overlooks the back lawn, and the house also benefits from off-street parking in the garage and driveway.
This home has open plan living with a large comfortable couch, fully equipped kitchen, and bar seating (for 4 people). There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower over bath. Heat pump in the lounge (heating and aircon) and there are further plug in heaters/portable fans in the bedrooms.
Rothesay Bay is a small family friendly coastal suburb on the North Shore in Auckland`s East Coast Bays region. The main attraction here is the small open reserve with beautiful swimming beach, with plenty of spots for a picnic or for the kids to run around. Facilities include playground, toilets, picnic tables and seating and a car park are inside the park. There is also a dinghy ramp accessible from Rothesay Bay Road.
Nearby is Browns Bay which is a vibrant busier beachside suburb with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Off street parking and further free street parking means plenty of space to bring a car or two. There are also local buses which service the north shore and CBD. It is a 30 minute drive to the CBD and a 40 minute drive to the airport.
