Beds: K, K ,Q/Q Outside, the pool deck provides the perfect setting for soaking in the beauty of Palm Springs. Relax in multiple lounge areas under the shade of the covered patio or in the abundant sunshine. Lounge in the pool on the sun shelf or soak in the hot tub, then enjoy drinks by the firepit as the sun sets. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES There's nothing like waking on a beautiful Palm Springs morning and sliding open your door to stroll onto the pool deck in your private backyard. Grab your coffee and settle into one of many lounge areas on comfortable outdoor furniture. Stretch out on a sun lounger, curl up in a cushioned chair in the shade of the covered patio, or enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining table. The pool with its waterfall feature — set against a vintage Casitas del Monte Hotel sign — is the stunning centerpiece of the backyard. Reserve the sun shelf for those who love to dip their toes in the water, soothe sore muscles in the built-in spa, or refresh in the outdoor shower. Evenings call for grilling and al fresco dining, followed by cocktails around the fire. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. We stayed at Casitas Del Monte for a nice 4-day weekend getaway. The location is great with easy access to all of the LGBT-friendly areas of Palm Springs. The property was immaculate and fun mid-century modern decor. There are two bedrooms & two bath in one "wing" and a bedroom & bath with family room on the other side. In the middle is the mid -sized kitchen, the room with the mini-bar. The set up was great (just two of us) would be perfect for a family or two couples. The pool was really, really nice - super relaxing. We had a few friends over for drinks one afternoon and it was a perfect afternoon to chill. A great stay.

Palm Springs Get Away

We were happy with the overall condition of the rental. It’s our hope that it’s in the same condition next year when we’re there. It’s location was much appreciated since we were able to walk to everything. Great property!

Perfect stay for Modernism Week

4 adults for 8 nights. Loved the house and would recommend. Acme Property Management was very responsive. Took us a couple days to get the trick of pool & spa heat management. Pool was not heated when we arrived, but was warm the next morning. Backyard/pool lighting made for a beautiful place to enjoy after dark. Parking and gating was very easy. Only complaint was the palm berries that littered the entire concrete area and pool.(high winds the day before we arrived, the neighbors palms have been unkept for a very long time and overhang this property back fence) we spent a significant amount of time cleaning them up-super sticky and stain everything. Beds were super comfortable. There was a full size coffee maker and a bag of coffee & creamer on arrival. Would definitely stay again.
