A fully functional 1 bedroom basement ground level apartment (sound proof) with private entrance and parking for 2 cars. Apartment can sleep up to 4 with 1 queen bed and a double pull out couch. The unit has its very own private laundry. A 40 amp electric car charger is also on property (extra fees apply for use).

We have just started hosting. We originally made a basement apartment for one of our parents but ended up being more healthy and not needing it yet. Thought we would offer stays to others as we have used Vrbo and other sites to travel around North America.
Why they chose this property
I grew up I. The Kawartha lakes Ontario and slowly made our way back to Niagara region. My husband actually grew up 3 blocks from our home. Our in-laws also live a few blocks away which is great for our kids.
