Big family fun place!

There were a few things missing such as tea, towels, and dish cloths and a broom and dust pan but other than that everything was on hand and the shower was great! Nice and private as well.

Thanks a lot for the comments. Actually there was many broom and dust collector in the hallway at the corner. I wish you told me. There will be tea towels and dish cloths available in the unit.

We arrived late at night but our host stayed up to help us and provided a quick response throughout our stay. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and a quiet building. Within a block of great coffee and eating spots. Thank you Sayed and Samiyah

Some areas were amazingly clean *appliances & cupboards*. Some areas could us a deep clean which I've made a suggestion to the property owner to consider. I had a few other concerns I noticed which again, I mentioned to the owner & they seem to have rectified or taken into consideration.

Booked for my family visiting for summer. Air Canada strike cancelled their flight so they did not come. Host refused to cancel reservation even after pleading for half the cost. Initially, he said Vrbo was going to suspend him for 15 days if he cancelled. I spoke with Vrbo, they stated that he can adjust the reservation and not cancel and he has discretion to refund or not. Told host this, and he stopped responding to my messages. Paid almost a thousand dollars for a week of not using the property. It's an older property, not so clean, has one split AC for the whole apartment which was not sufficient in the week of 34 degree temperature, entrance is concealed and dirty, on top of a salon and restaurant, accessible to stores and everything downtownish. I did not have a good experience with the host who ghosted me.

Cancelled on me 3 hours before arrival

I was traveling here internationally, and at 12 pm noon on day of arrival, 3 hours before check in time the Host cancelled on us. This was not a very nice feeling being in a foreign country with no where to stay.
